| Easy Spot is using a packet to group the spots you want to use in a booking process. When more spots are added to the packet the spots will rotate. You can force the packet into a specific position in the commercial block. In this way you can book Special 5´s or other position critical bookings.
From the main window in Easy Spot you can easilly manage your commercial bookings.  The week view gives you a good grasp of your bookings. When you use the auto book function, you will see a "preview" of the booking before the actual booking takes place. Of cause you can manually change the booking suggested by the system. The auto book function will use separation of speakers and two other types of your own choise. The booking is made for each packet. If you want to change the booking, simply unbook the packet you want to change and rebook the packet using a new set of booking properties.
 In the week view you can see the use of each block. The percentage use of a block is shown as a bar on the block and you know exactly wich blocks are filled and wich are not.
 The auto book function will even consider the daypart where you want to book. The daypart is added as a property when you make the packet, but you can change the daypart and other properties durring the booking process.
